    Winterhoax started on July 7th. It was like a new version of Summerhoax, where people were warned about summer hoaxes. The first topic on Winterhoax was about Fabithost. AYS and Michael (known as Dziaoid) ran Winterhoax.

  • FalixNodes thread emerges

    On August 7th, Justin started the conversation about FalixNodes. FalixNodes, managed by Nike Zalans, also known as ItzAwesome, provided free hosting services. However, within the Summerhoax community, FalixNodes had a reputation for engaging in questionable practices. They offered free hosting but had experienced data losses in the past and were associated with raids on other hosting services. Their notoriety stemmed from exploiting companies like Hetzner, Arc.io, and others for obtaining free servers or generating money. The FalixNodes thread got a lot of attention to Drama.gg and really got the community active.

    13th March 2021

    On March 13th, Michael initiated a Minecraft server aimed at organizing enjoyable events for the community. This launch also marked the debut of the name "Drama.gg." The Minecraft server's IP address was "mc.drama.gg."

    On April 4th, Michael formally renamed the Discord server to "Drama.gg," sparking significant interest and attention. They adopted the popcorn emoji 🍿 to symbolize the idea of "Wait, let me grab popcorn to watch this unfold." This rebranding marked the official establishment of Drama.gg.

Notably, even staff members from FalixNodes contributed messages, expressing their concerns about the decline in the service's quality.

    On December 31st, Michael offered insights about Drama.gg. The community experienced significant growth, evolving from an initial 200 members to a substantial 2500 members. His vision was to propel Drama.gg to the next level in 2022, intending to develop custom forum software and launch an additional site. This period marked the inception of Etwas, a company Michael envisioned establishing. His attention increasingly turned towards the development and emphasis on the name Etwas.

    After a year of complete silence, Michael broke his silence by sharing a message on Discord. He openly addressed his recent inactivity, attributing it to various personal issues. He stated, "As you may have noticed, I've been quite inactive lately. This is due to multiple personal reasons, but I am trying to become more active now." Additionally, he allowed the community to vote on a potential complete overhaul of Drama.gg, although ultimately, this did not come to pass.

    On June 11th, Michael posted a photo revealing the new logo of EXYQ. The image was accompanied by the caption "Something coming soon." Michael's own message simply stated, "Shh...." - hinting at an upcoming development or release related to EXYQ.

    On August 6th, Michael shared a message summarizing his dedicated efforts towards EXYQ, a forum designed for discussions, advertisements, and sales related to technology and software. He also revealed his ongoing work on a "new drama.gg." EXYQ was described as a "marketplace," likening its purpose to platforms like Built-by-bit (Mc-Market) for trading and discussions within the tech and software community.

    On August 24th, Michael officially announced the launch of EXYQ, heralding it as the new marketplace catering to tech enthusiasts. The primary aim of EXYQ was to become the ultimate destination for all things tech-related, spanning from development and system administration to hardware queries and seeking advice. As soon as EXYQ went live, it became an immediate hit within the tech community.

    22 October 2023

    On October 27, 2023, the drama.gg/EXYQ Community received the news of Michael's passing by suicide, which occurred on October 22, 2023. A close friend of Michael received an official email from the German police confirming his death. Two days prior to his passing, the police had a discussion with Michael and his father on October 20 about his emotional state, during which Michael expressed his unwillingness to take his own life. Unfortunately, despite this, he did so shortly afterward. Michael's death profoundly shocked the entire community and led to numerous questions. It was revealed that Michael had been struggling with depression for an extended period.
